Infant/Toddlers

• Crib Sheet & Blanket
• Diapers and wipes
• Ointment( All meds and ointments must have “Medication Consent Form” filled out – Available in School Office.

All/Age Groups

• Extra set of clothes
• Blanket ( nap time )
• All meds and ointments must be labled with child’s name and “Medication Consent Form” – Available in School Office.

Summer Vacation Program/Field Trip Page:

A permission slip must be filled out by the parent for the child’s participation. A fee may apply and must be paid before the trip.
